PE by Abbie and Giselle
This week in PE in group B, we did different stations on
monday, where we went to the stations like tabletop ping pong, scooter hockey,
and basketball. In group A we did a relay race, where we took cones and ran to
the end of the gym where we set the cones down. We also did a lot of other
relay races, varying by doing different activities in each one. The day before
group A did the relay races for PE, they did stations just like group B did,
consisting of hula- hooping and pogo sticks. We also did basketball, scooter
hockey, and some table-top ping pong.

4th Year Math
by Sophia and Melia
In fourth grade math we are learning about units, strips, stripmats and mats, also mat mats! Strips are ten units, mats are hundred units, stripmats are ten mats, and mat mats are 10’s strip mats! We learned about this because M was teaching us about how to multiply with numbers in the 100’s. It was a very fun week in Fourth Grade Math!

Thanksgiving by Henry
and Lane
Thanksgiving long ago was very different from now. In
the olden days, when thanksgiving
started, they made a type of food from corn, deer and other roasted meats.
Unlike now, people now have meals of turkey, mashed potatoes, biscuits,
stuffing, yams, green beans, pie, corn and brussels sprouts. In conclusion,
thanksgiving was much different way back when, then it is now.

I like the way that Giselle and Abbie added a lot of detail to what they were saying about the activities we were doing in P.E.
I like how in the picture of Unicorn's writing how kohl and Josh aren't looking at the camera because it looks like there working. But I think that the writers should write more. Because it left me on a cliff hanger I wanted more.

I liked how Henry and Lane compared Thanksgiving a long time ago to now, because I thought it was interesting to know that people back then didn't eat the same food for this holiday as we do.
I like how Lucy and Saki explained every single important detail about Dr. Kaboom, like how he would always shout "KABOOOM!" when something exiting happened, or how he would tell us to say "YA" instead of "yes" because he had a German accent. It made me excited just by reading the thread! Over all, I think Lucy and Saki did a very good job at making this thread.

I liked how Emilee wasn't looking at the camera, she was pretending like she was reading her book. I also think that Ben and Josh K. did a good job at writing a lot and how they used commas in their writing
I like how Ben and Josh gives details about what your learning about in HIMPS writing and gave examples of what you do in HIMPS writing.
I like how Ben and Josh K. did a lot of writing and used punctuation. I a so liked how Emilee didn't look at the camera and just read her book.
I like how Abbie and Giselle used specific details like how they said what group was at PE and they gave examples of what the different stations were. I also like the photo they choose because it shows people in action and tells in addition, what we were doing.

I liked Kim's wedding because it had so much detail, I can almost visualize it in my mind. I also liked how I learned about her wedding.
i like how Payton and Isabella said"obstacle" instead of problem!
I liked the way Payton and Isabella used "obstacle" instead of problem.
I liked the details in the post about PE and how it was written so readers could understand what we did that day instead of talking about PE in general.
I really like how Ben and JoshK explained HIMPS reading. They were added lots of key details, and they added exactly what the HIMPS were doing.
Their word choice made the blog post seem to pull you in.
I like how they added some details that told you about what the HIMPS were learning, and what their homework is. Just from saying what they were doing at the second.
I also like how they fit all that information in a few sentences.
I like how Sophia and Melia went into detail explaining what they were doing in Fourth Grade Math, because it makes it a whole lot easier to understand the topic they were writing about!
I like When Henry and Lane explained all the different foods, which made it interesting to me. My question is how was thanksgiving started? I also learned that there is more than just turkey for thanksgiving on the menu!
